Product Detail

Flow Control Valve – YD Series Wafer Butterfly Valve Type A

This type of wafer butterfly valve can be used to control the flow of different mediums in pipes. By selecting appropriate materials for the disc (the part that controls the flow) and the seal seat (the part that provides a tight seal), this flow control valve can be customized to handle specific conditions and environments.

Additionally, the flow control valve features a pinless connection between the disc and stem. This design eliminates the need for a traditional pin connection, which can be prone to wear and leakage. The pinless connection enhances the valve’s reliability and allows it to be used in more demanding conditions.

Marine YD Series Wafer Butterfly Valve Type A Features

  • Compact and Lightweight: The wafer valve is small in size and light in weight, allowing for easy installation and maintenance. It can be mounted in any location as needed.
  • Simple and Quick Operation: This flow control valve has a simple and compact structure, enabling quick 90-degree on-off operation. This allows for efficient and responsive flow control.
  • Perfect Seal: The disc of the wafer valve is equipped with a two-way bearing, ensuring a perfect seal without any leakage during pressure testing. This enhances the overall performance and reliability of the valve.
  • Excellent Regulation Performance: The flow curve of the flow control valve tends to be a straight line, providing excellent regulation performance. This means that the valve can effectively control and adjust the flow rate as required.
  • Wide Range of Materials: The wafer butterfly valve is available in various materials, making it suitable for different media and environments. This versatility allows for compatibility with a broad range of applications.
