The explosion-proof grade of CBL series explosion-proof centrifugal flow ventilator (hereinafter referred to as EPCV’s) is dll BT4-dlICT5, They can carry away gas mixtures or vapour contaning combustibles and explosives, ordinary air, sea air containing salt fog and other corrosives. The EPCV’s apply to the removal of flammable, explosive mixture a nd steam in such locations as oil holds, cargo holds, pump room, battery room, ammunition cabin, airplane hangars and paint rooms. Besides, EPCV’s also apply to the ventilation in other cabin on vessels as well as practicable locations on land. EPCV’s are driven by either 380 V 50HZ or 440V 60HZ marine explosion-proof use three-phase induction motors.

Type Of CBL Marine Explosion-Proof Centrifugal Fan

The CBL Marine Explosion-Proof Centrifugal Fan is available in two structural types: Type I (direct connection) and Type II (partition). The overall design of the fan ensures it is fire-resistant.

Type I features an explosion-proof motor with a direct drive structure, where the fan blade is directly connected to the motor shaft. The fan casing is securely fixed onto the flange of the explosion-proof motor.

Type II incorporates a compartment structure for both the fan and motor. It includes components such as the fan, transmission system, elastic coupling, and motor. The transmission group consists of a bearing seat, bearing, shaft, copper ring, and sealing stuffing box. This type allows for temperature measurement and refueling. One end of the transmission system is directly connected to the explosion-proof fan, while the other end connects to the bulkhead.
