Product Detail

Steel Angle Bar Types

Our extensive range includes three types: equal angle, unequal steel angle, and unequal leg and thickness steel angle.

Equal Angle

Crafted with precision, our equal angle features legs of equal length, forming a perfect 90-degree angle. This balanced design ensures symmetrical load distribution and enhanced structural stability. Whether it’s for bulkhead framing, deck bracing, or other applications requiring symmetrical support, these angles offer exceptional strength and reliability.

Unequal Steel Angle

When your shipbuilding project demands versatility, our Unequal Steel Angle Bars are the perfect solution. With legs of different lengths, these angles allow for precise customization to accommodate asymmetrical support requirements. They offer excellent load-bearing capabilities and ensure optimal structural integrity in various shipbuilding applications.

Unequal Leg and Thickness Steel Angle

For demanding shipbuilding projects that require precise load distribution and structural optimization, our Unequal Leg and Thickness Steel Angle Bars are the ideal choice. These angles feature varying leg lengths and thicknesses along their length, providing unparalleled flexibility in design and engineering. With their exceptional strength and adaptability, they enable you to meet specific shipbuilding challenges with ease.

Popular Material Of Marine Steel Angle Bar

When it comes to marine steel angle bars, one popular material choice is Q355B. Q355B is a high-strength low-alloy structural steel that offers excellent mechanical properties and is widely used in shipbuilding and offshore structures. It is known for its exceptional strength, toughness, and durability, making it suitable for demanding marine environments.

Other Material Grade Of Marine Steel Angle

In addition to the Q355B Steel Angle Bar, we offer a comprehensive range of marine steel angles crafted from various material grades. These grades include Q235, Q345, Q420, and Q460, each with its own unique properties and advantages for marine applications.

  • Q235 Steel Angle:
Q235 angle bars, with their cost-effectiveness and sufficient strength, are commonly utilized in various ship types. They find application in small to medium-sized vessels, such as fishing boats, patrol boats, pleasure craft, and inland waterway vessels. These ships benefit from Q235’s weldability and formability, providing stability and support for onboard structures.
  • Q345 Marine Steel Angle Bar:
Q345 angle bars, known for their high-strength properties, are extensively used in a wide range of ship types. They are suitable for medium-sized to large vessels, including cargo ships, container ships, bulk carriers, and offshore support vessels. These metal angle bars contribute to the structural integrity and load-bearing capacity of these ships, ensuring reliable performance in demanding marine conditions.
  • Q420 Marine Steel Angle:
Q420 angle bars, with their superior strength and toughness, are commonly employed in heavy-duty ship types. These ship types include oil tankers, chemical tankers, LNG carriers, and large offshore structures. Q420 steel angles provide exceptional support and stability, allowing these ships to withstand the stresses and forces encountered in their specific marine operations.
  • Q460 Marine Steel Angle :
Q460 angle bars, renowned for their extreme strength and impact resistance, are primarily utilized in specialized ship types that operate in harsh and challenging environments. These ship types include icebreakers and offshore supply vessels. Q460 steel angles offer exceptional structural robustness, ensuring the ships can navigate through ice, endure demanding offshore conditions, and withstand potential impact situations.

Marine Steel Angle Bar Technology -Hot Rolled & Cold Rolled

We take pride in offering a comprehensive range of metal angle bars, including both hot-rolled and cold-rolled options. With our diverse selection, you can choose the ideal angle bar type to suit your specific marine project requirements.

Hot Rolled Marine Steel Angle

Our hot rolled angle bars are specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of shipbuilding projects. Their unique characteristics make them well-suited for various applications within the industry:

  • Structural Support: Hot rolled angle bars provide exceptional strength and load-bearing capacity, making them ideal for structural support in shipbuilding. They offer the necessary stability and reinforcement required for constructing ship frames, hulls, and other critical components.
  • Frame Construction: The superior formability of hot rolled angle bars allows for easy shaping and customization, making them suitable for frame construction. They can be efficiently integrated into the ship’s framework, providing stability and structural integrity.
  • Bulkhead and Partition Systems: Hot rolled angle bars are an excellent choice for constructing bulkhead and partition systems within ships. Their high strength ensures the durability and stability of these systems, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of the vessel.

Cold Rolled Marine Steel Angle Bar

Our cold rolled angle bars are specifically engineered to meet the precise requirements of shipbuilding projects. Their unique characteristics make them well-suited for specific shipbuilding applications:

  • Decking and Flooring: Cold rolled angle bars are ideal for decking and flooring applications within ships. Their precise dimensional control ensures uniform thickness and consistent profiles, providing a seamless and level surface for safe and reliable movement on the ship.
  • Aesthetic Applications: Cold rolled angle bars’ superior surface finish makes them suitable for aesthetic applications within ship interiors. They can be used to create visually appealing elements such as handrails, decorative trim, or architectural features, enhancing the overall aesthetics and ambiance of the vessel.
  • Ancillary Equipment Mounting: Cold rolled angle bars’ precise dimensions and tight tolerances make them suitable for mounting ancillary equipment within ships. They provide a secure and stable base for installing various shipboard equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
