Product Detail

The housing of the P Series Gear Reducer is constructed from cast iron, providing exceptional rigidity and anti-vibration properties. This ensures durability and reliability, even in harsh environments such as marine applications.

Features Of P Series Planetary Gear Reducer

  • High-Quality Gearing: The sun and planet gears within the reducer undergo specialized processes such as cementite and hardening treatments. This enhances their strength and durability. The gears themselves are precision-ground, ensuring smooth and efficient power transmission. These features contribute to improved overall gear unit efficiency and extend the lifespan of the gearbox.
  • Input and Output Modes: The P Series Gear Reducer offers various input and output options. For input, it supports coaxial input, helical gear input, and bevel-helical gear input, allowing compatibility with different motor configurations. The output modes include internal involute spline, hollow shaft with shrink disk, external involute spline, and solid shaft with flat key. These output options provide flexibility for connecting the reducer to different winch systems.
  • Mounting Flexibility: The gear reducer can be mounted in either horizontal or vertical orientations, providing flexibility for installation according to space and application requirements. Additionally, a torque-arm mounting option is available for added stability and support in demanding operating conditions.
  • Wide Size Range and Transmission Ratios: The P Series Gear Reducer is available in various sizes, ranging from 9 to 34, accommodating different power and torque requirements. It offers 2 or 3 transmission stages, with a wide range of ratio options from 25 to 4000. In combination with R and K series components, the gear ratio can be further increased to meet specific winching needs.
