Marine Male Thread Air Signal Safety Valve is specifically designed for marine compressed air pipe systems. It automatically opens and discharges when the system pressure exceeds the permitted value, preventing pressure buildup. Conversely, it closes automatically to maintain optimal system performance when the pressure falls to the specified value.

The valve conforms to the design standard CB3022-94 and undergoes testing as per CB3021-94, ensuring its compliance with industry requirements. The thread size is in accordance with CB56-83 and CB821-84 standards, facilitating easy installation within the pipe system.
Two types of valve discs are available: Type R features a non-metal seal face, while Type Y utilizes a metal seal face. The body of the valve is constructed with either Steel #35 or Stainless Steel 2Cr13, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
The spring is made of spring steel wire, providing the necessary tension for the valve’s operation. The adjustable ring is composed of brass, offering flexibility for pressure adjustment.
For Type R, the disc, seat, and sealing components are made of bronze or materials such as NBR or Nylon, depending on the specific requirements. For Type Y, the disc, seat, and sealing parts are constructed with Stainless Steel 2Cr13, providing enhanced durability and sealing performance.
