Usage of Semi-Automatic Twis Tlock

The Semi-Automatic Twis Tlock is an innovative lashing system specifically designed for securing cargo on ships. Serving as an alternative to the traditional manual lashing system, it offers several advantages, including reduced time and labor requirements.

Our cutting-edge semi-automatic twist lock revolutionizes the cargo securing process, providing unparalleled ease and efficiency. With a simple twist, you can swiftly and effectively secure your load, ensuring its safety throughout the journey. The semi-automatic Twis Tlock design ensures that it is always prepared for immediate use, eliminating any concerns about being unprepared in critical moments.

Intermediate twist locks and cones play a crucial role in securing containers and preventing their separation during transport. These components are designed to withstand horizontal and/or vertical forces, maintaining the stability of container stacks. There are various types of intermediate twistlocks available, including wide-body intermediate twist locks, semiautomatic variants, midlocks, turnfoot twistlocks, intermediate stackers, and more. Twistlocks typically require locking after lashing, while intermediate cones do not. Additionally, the twist locks can be locked either on the left or right side, allowing for flexibility in securing containers based on specific requirements.
