Marine CWZ Horizontal Centrifugal Pump for Sale

The CWZ series ccentrifugal pump features a compact structure with a small footprint, making it ideal for installation in confined engine rooms aboard vessels. Its high self-priming height and quick start-up performance allow it to operate efficiently under frequent start-stop conditions and unstable suction scenarios—especially in situations where vessel motion or inclination causes non-ideal liquid levels.

The pump casing can be customized according to the type of medium handled, with material options including cast iron, bronze, or stainless steel. This ensures compatibility with seawater, freshwater, fuel oil, and other corrosive or non-corrosive fluids. In addition, the CWZ series offers excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Critical components such as the shaft seal, impeller, and bearings are reinforced to ensure long-term operational reliability and safety. Its modular design allows for easy disassembly and maintenance, reducing downtime and overall operational costs.

Our CWZ series marine horizontal self-priming centrifugal pump is widely used on commercial vessels, engineering ships, fishing boats, and offshore platforms. It can also be tailored to meet specific user requirements, making it a key piece of equipment for ensuring efficient and stable operation of marine fluid systems.

Our Marine Horizontal Centrifugal Ppump Advantages

  • Self-Priming Capability: No additional priming device or pre-filling of liquid is required before startup. The pump can complete self-priming within a short time (typically within several tens of seconds), with a suction lift exceeding 9 meters of water column. This is achieved through a uniquely designed air-liquid separation chamber, enabling efficient separation and fluid recirculation.
  • Structural Design: The pump adopts a back pull-out structure, allowing maintenance of the pump body without disconnecting the piping system. A non-overload hydraulic design (with a defined power curve peak) ensures safe operation across the full working range without risk of motor overload. The optimized impeller and volute design provide excellent anti-cavitation performance.
  • Sealing and Materials: The shaft seal is available in either packing or mechanical seal configurations and is equipped with an independent flushing system. The pump body is made from corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, selected according to the medium being handled (e.g., seawater or freshwater).
