  • The housing is made of high-quality cast aluminum, precision-molded in a single process for exceptional strength and resistance to deformation. The lampshade is crafted from premium tempered glass, offering high light transmittance, heat resistance, and impact resistance. It is equipped with a robust metal protective guard to prevent damage from external impacts or collisions, further enhancing safety and durability.
  • The lamp body adopts a high-grade sealed structure with excellent waterproof performance, effectively preventing the ingress of seawater, rain, and moisture. Its surface is treated for superior corrosion resistance, enabling long-term stable operation in harsh marine environments with high salt spray and humidity, without rusting or corroding easily.
  • Designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +45°C, ensuring reliable performance in low, moderate, and high-temperature conditions. This makes it suitable for vessels navigating in various climate zones and seasons, from cold waters to tropical seas, while maintaining consistent illumination.

CFD2/3 Marine Explosion-Proof Incandescent Light

  1. Our CFD2 and CFD3 Explosion-Proof Incandescent Light is suitable for hazardous areas containing explosive gas mixtures and can be safely used in environments with explosive gases of Groups IIA and IIB. It covers temperature classes from T1 to T4, meeting the requirements of different hazard levels. It operates reliably both inside ship compartments and in exposed outdoor deck areas, ensuring safe illumination and preventing explosion accidents caused by electrical sparks or high temperatures.
  2. The lamp housing is integrally cast from high-quality brass, featuring a sturdy structure that is impact-resistant and resistant to deformation. It has excellent corrosion resistance, making it especially suitable for marine environments with high salt spray and humidity. The lampshade is made of high-strength tempered glass with high light transmittance, heat resistance, and strong impact resistance, effectively protecting the bulb from external damage. An external copper protective mesh further enhances protection, preventing damage from mechanical collisions or falling objects.
  3. The cable entry device (cable gland) is available in two specifications: one is a pipe thread type with a G3/4 thread size, suitable for conventional conduit wiring; the other is a flared type, which facilitates quick wiring and maintenance, meeting different ship electrical installation requirements. Both types offer excellent sealing performance, ensuring explosion-proof, waterproof, and dustproof effects, thereby extending the service life of the lamp.
