Marine CWF Series Horizontal Seal Water Pump

This product is primarily used as a seal water pump for dredger slurry pumps. Its main function is to continuously supply clean water at a certain pressure and flow rate to the mechanical seal area of the slurry pump, forming a water seal barrier. This prevents sand, debris, and particulate matter from entering the sealing chamber, thereby avoiding mechanical seal failure caused by abrasion, dry running, or contamination. As a result, it significantly extends the service life of the slurry pump and enhances the overall stability and safety of system operation.

In addition to its sealing function, the CWF series pump offers versatile adaptability. It can also serve as a general-purpose liquid transfer pump on ships, functioning as a bilge pump, ballast pump, or fire pump. It is suitable for conveying a variety of clean or slightly contaminated media, such as seawater, freshwater, and cooling water.

Functions of the CWF Marine Seal Water Pump

  1. Shaft Seal Protection Mechanism: The CWF seal water pump features a patented shaft seal protection design. By continuously injecting a certain pressure and flow of clean water into the mechanical seal chamber of the dredge pump, it forms a stable fluid barrier between the pump impeller and the shaft seal.
