About product
The float buoy is made primarily from medium- to high-density polyethylene (MDPE/HDPE), with a density range of 0.926–0.953 g/cm³. This material offers excellent toughness, impact resistance, and low-temperature durability, effectively withstanding collisions from floating debris, wave impact, and long-term UV exposure.
Utilizing advanced rotational molding technology, the PE floating buoy is manufactured in a single seamless piece without any welding or joints. This ensures structural integrity, uniform stress distribution, and high resistance to cracking or damage during operation. The interior is filled with high-strength polyurethane foam or closed-cell EPS foam (density ≥ 35kg/m³), providing stable and reliable buoyancy. Even if the outer shell is partially damaged, the float remains buoyant, ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline system.
